Keep in mind, because our expertise has furthered your plans and your knowledge of what you need…. We spend an average of 1 hour up to 8 hours preparing bids depending on the scope of your projects as one project. So, please be generous as a payment for not going with our bid we can discuss.

• soil test; $105 for soil test results plus $105-$175 for full season plan based on soil test results explaining its scientific analysis meaning… below is a free general lawn plan for both cool season lawns and warm season lawns as images you can print or copy (without a soil test analysis yearly report)
• mowing & trimming [$42 minimum(500 – 1000 sq. ft.) $1.40 for every 50 sq. ft. thereafter] edging is $14 extra for 1000 sq. ft. or less and $28 extra for up to 2000 sq. ft. etc.
• mulching; $70 for removal of every (2) 8 cubic ft. trash cans old mulch/yard waste. Larger properties require delivery of mulch by the truckload at $105-$210 delivery and 30-45 dollars per yard. Labor is always $140 per yard (27 cubic ft.) extra for longer distances to wheel barrel mulch. Smaller yards only need 5-15 bags of mulch in their beds (every premium mulch bag depending on sales is $7-$9.80
• fertilizing; (starting at $70 plus cost of materials) most properties are between $140-$210 ..large properties range from $210-$420
• weed control: (starting at $70 plus cost of materials) …most properties are per year $280-$560.. extreme weed problems are above $560 per year
• lawn aeration or de-thatching; [$315 (500 – 2000 sq.ft.) $7 extra every 100 sq. ft.]
• trimming of shrubs or hedges; (starting at $7 for one small shrub or hedge)

• planting or reseeding; (starting at $28 for 200 sq. ft. plus cost of seeds. $2.80 every 100 sq. ft. thereafter)
